Policies for the Old Tower House Bed & Breakfast

• Check in time is between 4:00 & 6:00 pm. No check ins after
• 9:00 pm without prior arrangements please.
• Check out time is 11:00am.
• No pets allowed
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Checks for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Reservations for 3 days or less must be cancelled 3 days prior to the date of arrival. If a reservation is for more than 4 days we require a 10 day notice. If cancellation occurs less than the required notice the 1st day of the reservation will be charged.
• We are a nonsmoking facility.
• Due to County Health Department Rules guests are not allowed to use the kitchen.
• Due to the age and historical value of the Old Tower House Bed & Breakfast we ask guests to leave their ice chests outside of the house.
• Breakfast is served at 8:30 in the main house. Coffee is available earlier upon request.
